Digital Products Policy

Since XTRAHIVE offers digital products (mockups, presets, templates, fonts, and photo effects), all sales are final and non-refundable. Once a product is downloaded, it cannot be returned or refunded. This is because digital products cannot be physically returned, and their usage cannot be revoked once accessed.

Eligibility for Refunds
